Week of Sept 20

Hi everybody!

I seem to be forgetting about getting on this site. And what about Bridget???
I did not want to go to WW last night but went anyway. I knew that I had
not done anything right. Guess what I lost 1.8 which makes a total of 4.8.
I have been wanting that first five pounds off. But I am glad that I didn't
get it last night, I did not deserve it. So this week my plan is to kick some
fat!!

Good job Jackie! So glad you are going with me. YOU keep me going. I can't
let you lose ALL the weight.

Jay I am sure that you are kicking some fat as well. Bikini season is just around
the corner. HAHA
