Week of August 24th

DOUBLE DIGITS BABY!!!!! Weight loss for the week is 3 pounds. Total weight loss is 11.8 pounds.

I couldn't believe the scale this morning! I was down 4 1/2 pounds. I weighed on Friday to see how I'd do over the weekend and I lost 2 1/2 over the weekend so I'll probably be lucky to stay the same next week, but at this point I'd be happy with that. I have not cheated even once, and we walk religiously every night. If we can do it, so can all of you. Come on everyone, let's get going together!

Sorry we didn't make the birthday party. John and Patty didn't get here until 1 and stayed until 8. I really wanted to go to Brandon's birthday, but enjoyed seeing John and Patty for the 1st time since Kendra graduated from high school.

Good for you Jay for working so hard!!!! I, on the other hand, am not working so hard! I gained a pound this week so I am only at a 2 pound loss. Weight Watchers here I come!

WW is working for us. We are counting those points religiously. Write down every bite that you put in your mouth and add the points in a column beside so you know what you have left for the day. Good luck Bobbi. You can do this!

Where are the rest of you? We haven't hear from you in a while. How's it going for Mom, Janet, Julie Tracey, and Gerry? I'm assuming that Misti isn't joining us. Julie, tell her that it isn't too late to join us.

I lost another 2 pounds this week which puts me up to having lost 8 pounds. I am hoping I continue to lose but with what I can and can't eat and how often I need to eat I am guessing it will have to slow down soon. I guess all I can do is keep exercising and try to watch my calories as much as possible.
