Week of 1/25/10

First of all, Tracey, I want you to know that I am thinking of you and praying for your dad. This is all so unexpected and I hope things come out okay with these tests. No cancer is good cancer, but hopefully this is one that can be treated without complications. Just know that we will all be here for you!
I guess I haven't been very good at posting lately...but I am posting now. I am very happy this week because I am down another 2 lbs. I am at 168 now and I'm hoping to maybe get another 10 off before I go to Deadwood the last weekend in Feb. I think I can get it done if I excercise hard these next few weeks. Not that I will stop after that, but this is just my next small goal.
