Week of December 7

So I weighed this morning and was the same. I am not to disapointed because I had just weighed on Friday and that doesn't give me much time for fluctuation. Well I will write more later but I gotta go get ready and get my puppy ready as we are taking a trip to the vet this afternoon. Wish us luck as it is her first set of shots since being home with us.

Keep working at it Kendra. Keep doing your curves and try to stay away from all that sugar pop. That is your worst enemy I can tell!

I lost 1 1/2 pounds this week for a total loss of 23 pounds. I actually didn't get a chance to post so I'm posting in the middle of the next week and I'm pretty confident that my report will be just as good next week!

I'm probably not going to get to my 30 pounds by Christmas, but I will at least have 25 off. That's a lot of sticks of butter huh Julie?
