Jackie's Crazy Pizza - 4.5 points

8 oz. lean beef or turkey (90%)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (one 2.5 oz. jar), drained
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives (optional)
1 3/4 hunts tomato sauce - 15 oz. can
1 Tbsp. sugar twin or sprinkle sweet (optional)
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits - 7.5 oz. can
1/3 cup reduced-fatt cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive-flavored cooking spray (or in my case Pam). In a large skillet sprayed with pam stir in tomato sauce, Sugar Twin and Italian seasoning. Remove skillet from heat. Seperate biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Gently stir biscuit pieces into meat mixture. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evely over the top. Continue baking until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Place baking dish on wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings. This dish freezes well.

per serving: 215 caloried, 7 g Total fat, 1052 mg Sodium, 24 g Total Carbs, 2 g dietary fiber, 14 g. protein.

This is a filling way to get rid of your pizza craving for very few points!

Thanks for the recipe Jackie. Went and tried clothes on and I just got mad and went to Wal Mart and bought fruits and veggies. I'm really tired of not finding anything and looking like this. Didn't eat tonight and I know thats not the right thing to do either, but everyone is doing great and so we I.

Fuller Family Recipes Empty weiner wraps

Post  Jackie Mon Sep 07, 2009 11:06 pm

We use those refrigerator biscuits for weiner wraps too. If you use 2 buiscuits and wrap them around a fat free hot dog and bake it it's only 3 points and we like them too.

Another thing I like to make is those betty crocker jullian potatoes that come in the box. They are only 1 point per serving and make me feel like I'm getting to eat cheese.

Come on some of you have to have some good recipes. I used to have one that used choc. pudding and peanut butter and you froze them. Does anyone have that old WW recipe?

Fuller Family Recipes Empty French Dip Sandwich

Post  Janet Thompson Thu Sep 17, 2009 7:25 pm

French Dip Sandwich

Cook roast beef, slice thin and put in following mixure.

Au Jus

2 cups beef broth or boullion
1/2 to 1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

Combine all ingredients & mix. Pour over sliced beef. (For best results & flavor, refrigerator beef slices in au jus 4 hours or overnight.) To heat place in 325 oven 30 minutes to 1 hour or
until heated through or microwave. SErve alone with broth or on bn with au jus as a French Dip.

These are delicious. Don't know how many points though in WW.

Fuller Family Recipes Empty WW Ice Cream Sandwiches

Post  Jackie Sun Sep 27, 2009 4:54 pm

2 chocolate graham crackers
Cool Whip light

Use Chocolate graham crackers and put cool whip light in between and freeze. The points are easy to figure, but I think that 1 cracker broken in half and made into a sandwich is usually 2 points depending how much cool whip light you use. They are really pretty good.
