That Does It Empty That Does It

I'm pissed. I gained 4 pounds this week. Must have been the 3 Church suppers this week. At least that's what I'm blaming it on. Now I'm pissed and I'm more determined than ever to get that 4 pounds back off by next week. And then I'm marching forward to get off more. I guess it's about my turn to have a bad week but damn it didn't have to hit me that hard.

When it comes on fast like that it'll come right back off. I had gained 3 and now have that 3 plus another 1/2 off this week. We have eaten out the last 2 nights though so who knows what the scale will show tomorrow.
