I am with ya! I have been gone for 2 weeks and paid the price. I am up 7 pounds from when we weighed in. I too was surprised that no one responded to either of our postings. Also, your entry here from a week ago was viewed 6 times before I got on today, so obviously people are checking. I have spent quite a bit of time - and money- this year, taking care of my eyes, ears, etc, and so am determined to now work on improving my physical health. So, I am still IN IT TO WIN IT!

yeah crap ola!! I am up two pounds this week. I think I forgot I was on a diet last week. I only exercised twice. Bad mistake!! So I need to get it right this week!!

Welcome back Jay! I only have one week and then I will be gone. Good luck Mr. Penguin........... you are gonna need it!!
